PREMISE:

music as a way to self-actualize, to connect with life and people

The story deals with music as a language and legacy.

Synopsis:

Old musician once successful, now trapped in a retirement home, has become a shell of his past. A young girl comes to his retirement home and takes him to the park and places (piano bar and music hall) where he once performed. He relives moments of the past regaining a shard of his former self.


shooting period: Sunday 5th of March from 3pm to 6pm or 6pm to 9pm

Logistics:

You will work with Advanced Diploma students (experienced students)

Snacks will be provided

LOCATION:

Redfern NSW 2016

The film will be screened at the Sydney Film School Festival in July 2017 - Chauvel Cinema.

NOTE: No audition required, you can come with your friends to see the live performance (free entrance) and be part of the crowd that will be filmed.
